working hell

Work in an environment that full of rotten and closed minded management is tough.
To understand one's culture takes years of experience and knowledge.
Work with these kinds of management will in fact drive people up the wall.
In order to survive under such disastrous environment, one must just keep cool and quiet and voice out nothing and pretend to be idiot.... will make life easier..... each day.
It is not advisable or possible to advise any possible changes in this kind of organosation..
Only they know..their culture ... and of course there are some "Black dogs" which willing to
sell themselves for their own gains... the end... Idiot inside ..smart outside
Life is indeed tough ...in such area.
